Mark your calendars for the annual CSLTB Gratitude Potluck on Sunday, November 23rd!  This is our version of Thanksgiving and every year it gets somehow more special!  Rev. Laine and Terri provide the turkey, and everyone brings their favorite side dish, salad or dessert to round out the feast.  See the sign-up sheet in the fellowship hall so we can ensure somewhat of a well-rounded feast for all! 

Company is coming and we want our Center to be all spruced up and ready to host the international CSL Spiritual Leader when she visits in early December!  Please throw a change of clothes in your car, and any cleaning products you prefer,  and stay after service on November 30th to lend a hand.  We want to spot clean our chairs, wash the foyer windows, refresh the outdoor plants and clear out the storage closets.  Many hands make light work -  and it should be rather fun too. 

What a special Sunday is on the calendar for December 7th!  The morning will start with a 9:15am Holiday Breakfast Reception with the CSL Spiritual Leader, Rev. Dr. Soni Cantrell.  She is bringing her inspirational leadership message to our community, and we will greet her with breakfast prior to the Sunday Celebration!  This will be the first time a Spiritual Leader has come to our Center, so we hope you will join us in extending to her the warmest hospitality as you receive the spiritual gifts her presence will bring. 

Looking for places to have meaningful conversations with like-minded people?  Look no further than CSLTB’s weekly Sacred Cup!  Held in the sanctuary, Sacred Cup is an informal guided discussion on topics related to spirituality and daily living.  Grab your cup of coffee and join us at 9:15am on any Sunday in the sanctuary!

November/December double issues of Science of Mind Magazine is now available! Please note that they are $15 for the double issue. Get yours starting this Sunday! See the basket in the fellowship hall, which works on the honor system.

We offer a guided meditation on Sunday mornings from 10:00 – 10:20 in the practitioner room. The practitioner room will continue to be available for quiet personal time anytime after 9:00. Then at 10:00 if you want to experience meditation as a group, you can head back to the practitioner room for our guided meditation from one of our licensed practitioners.

We wholeheartedly invite children into our dedicated space of learning and light. Help us spread the news to any families who may be looking for a positive environment for their little “big souls in small packages!”

After receiving the request that we accept Zelle payments for contributions to the Center, we have set it up using our main phone line, (813)384-8162.  All other donation methods remain active; this just gives you an additional option for showing appreciation to CSLTB!  Please see Rebecca with any questions.

Connection Time starts at 9:15am and each person can choose how to spend their time each week.

Do you want to connect within with Spirit? Head to the practitioner room for a quiet space with soft music and lighting, There may or may not be a guided experience, depending on the week, but there will always be a space to pray, meditate or sit in the silence.

Do you want to connect over coffee and casual conversation? Head to the fellowship hall to get a cup of coffee and always feel free to bring a snack to share.

Do you want to connect with Rev. Laine, the lesson and a guided conversation? Head to the sanctuary for Sacred Cup, which is a guided discussion about the lesson for the morning. Usually hosted by Rev. Laine, however another host will be present on some Sundays when she is elsewhere.
