As we navigate our daily lives, how often do we turn to spiritual principles and ideas to guide and help us?  Studying is one way to learn, but how we really deepen our understanding is through practice, and all around us are opportunities to do just that.  This Sunday, Rev. Laine returns with a focus on inviting each of us to live the Science of Mind, or a life centered in spiitual truth.

One Size Fits All

Someone is trying to selling us something. Whether clothing, political opinions or spiritual practices, they tell us it will meet all our needs and fit us perfectly. One size – one spiritual practice, one way of thinking -- fits all. The truth is one size doesn’t fit -- particularly in threshold times when we and the world around us is changing. We have to find a belief and a spiritual practice that accommodates our changing size, our spiritual and emotional growth and a world that is very different.

  • Now accepting Zelle

    After receiving the request that we accept Zelle payments for contributions to the Center, we have set it up using our main phone line, (813)384-8162.  All other donation methods remain active; this just gives you an additional option for showing appreciation to CSLTB!  Please see Rebecca with any questions.

    Join Us for Sacred Cup

    Looking for places to have meaningful conversations with like-minded people?  Look no further than CSLTB’s weekly Sacred Cup!  Held in the sanctuary, Sacred Cup is an informal guided discussion on topics related to spirituality and daily living.  Grab your cup of coffee and join us at 9:15am on any Sunday in the sanctuary!

  • Guided Meditation Sunday mornings

    We offer a guided meditation on Sunday mornings from 10:00 – 10:20 in the practitioner room. The practitioner room will continue to be available for quiet personal time anytime after 9:00. Then at 10:00 if you want to experience meditation as a group, you can head back to the practitioner room for our guided meditation from one of our licensed practitioners.

  • Kids Ministry

    Kids Ministry

    We wholeheartedly invite children into our dedicated space of learning and light. Help us spread the news to any families who may be looking for a positive environment for their little “big souls in small packages!”

  • Connection Time

    Connection Time starts at 9:15am and each person can choose how to spend their time each week.

    Do you want to connect within with Spirit? Head to the practitioner room for a quiet space with soft music and lighting, There may or may not be a guided experience, depending on the week, but there will always be a space to pray, meditate or sit in the silence.

    Do you want to connect over coffee and casual conversation? Head to the fellowship hall to get a cup of coffee and always feel free to bring a snack to share.

    Do you want to connect with Rev. Laine, the lesson and a guided conversation? Head to the sanctuary for Sacred Cup, which is a guided discussion about the lesson for the morning. Usually hosted by Rev. Laine, however another host will be present on some Sundays when she is elsewhere.
